- Cal mtg to order and take attendance

- Mike Parsons – Pearl Realty – adequacy of a way
- Eric Pedersen – discuss Gauthier construction project
- Read minutes from 12/22/11; amend and/or approve. (Melissa)
- Read minutes from 1/12/12; amend and/or approve. (Maggie)
- Review, discuss, vote, Moriarty Special Permit application
- Bylaw revision
- compound sizes
- quick review of changes/decisions from last mtg to bring everyone up to speed
- plan for home-stretch
- I’m figuring that we will be on the warrant for the Annual Town mtg
- Therefore we must have our public hearing in early to mid-march.
- Discuss the Bjorklund and Greaney case
- Fred Chapman/ZBA requested that we discuss this case so we can all be on the same page for Special Permit applications.
- (I think every one has a copy so please read it prior to the meeting and come prepared to discuss. If you need a copy I can run off some at the town hall for folks to pick up. I’m sorry I don’t have an electronic copy only paper.)
